Pibapp.com provides a private internet browser designed to enhance online privacy and limit digital tracking. We are a startup committed to continual improvement of our product. As such, occasional bugs, glitches, or temporary outages may occur.

While PIB is designed to increase privacy, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may still be able to view your online activity. No known browser can fully prevent your ISP from seeing your traffic or metadata. Please be aware of this limitation in digital privacy.

We do not store or track individual user data. However, to operate and improve our services, we may collect non-personal, anonymized data, such as:

• Anonymous crash reports

• Successful app initialization events

• General usage metrics (e.g., how many times the app is opened)
  
  

This information is not tied to specific users and does not include browsing activity or personal data. We don’t know who opens the app—only general usage patterns across all users.

You agree that you use PIB at your own risk. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free performance. In the event of any issue, you agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage, including data loss, privacy breaches due to third parties, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use our service—currently $0.00.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, without notice, especially if we believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise harmful to other users or our infrastructure.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles in small claims court.

• Sell or resell any portion of the services.

• Transmit any viruses, code, spam, and/or other content that disrupts, damages, or interferes with computers or related systems.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.

• Violate any terms that apply to the particular service.

• Advocate, encourage, or assist anyone to do any of the above.
